The Hiker

Recent nice weather finally allowed me to pursue my passion, the great (British) outdoors/hiking. So I decided to visit my favourite place – Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales.

Brecon Beacons

After about 40 minutes fast paced hike, I made it to the first summit, passing a few experienced hikers and some first timers as well. Quite funny to watch some of those people huffing and puffing trying to make it to the top, in their attire suitable more for a sunday stroll to the beach or down to Tesco. Fair enough, they might have learnt after first 10 minutes of walking and hopefully will come better equipped next time.  I have been doing a bit of hiking for a couple of years now, so yeah being a smart ass :). Anyway what a place to go to, keeps you fit and the views…

On the Top #2

Looking toward Cribyn (2608ft) from Pen Y Fan (2864ft). Well worth it.
